Introduction
In recognition of her achievement, Ms Wong was awarded the Outstanding Awards for Instructor by Employees Retraining Board in their Annual Award
Presentation Ceremony 2025-26.

Ms Wong has accumulated many years of experience in corporate training and job‑seeking skills instruction, and she integrates business knowledge into her course design, enabling her to respond effectively to both industry and trainees’ needs. She is adept at using diversified teaching materials, including images, videos, online resources and board games, to enhance classroom interaction; when explaining theories, she supplements them with real‑life examples and current affairs so that the content is closely connected to reality, making it easier for trainees to understand and apply. Centering her approach on experiential learning, she adopts activities such as role plays, mock interviews, group discussions and games, supported by a systematic lesson structure, and conducts debriefings after activities to deepen trainees’ understanding and reflection on the skills taught. After class, she also continually refines her teaching materials based on trainees’ performance and feedback.

Ms Wong attaches great importance to individual trainees’ differences, paying close attention to their emotions and learning progress, and she applies empathy and empowerment strategies to help trainees build confidence, step out of their comfort zones and enhance their job‑seeking and work abilities, fully embodying a “people‑oriented” teaching philosophy.
