IntroductionMs Au was awarded the ERB Merit Awards for Instructor in the ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2021-22 by Employees Retraining Board in recognition of her achievement.
Ms Au possesses extensive experience in the florist industry and training. She has also obtained a number of professional qualifications recognized by international training bodies. She proactively contacts with the industry to master the latest information of florist industry and ensure that the teaching content can meet the operational needs of the industry. Trainees can further master the latest information and relevant skills which can strengthen their confidence to enter the industry and maximize the effectiveness of vocational and professional education training.
Ms Au will first identify the different learning styles of the trainees when she delivers lessons and adjust the teaching methods according to the differences of the trainees' learning ability, so as to respond to the individual needs of the trainees in learning. When conducting internships with larger productions or complex skills, she will evenly distribute the groups based on the learning ability of the students, so that trainees with higher capability can help and lead trainees with less capability to achieve a win-win situation through interactive learning.

He is not only familiar with various coffee making skills and standard requirements of equipment, but also the coffee culture and industry development. He can elaborate the content thoroughly by using a holistic and integrated approach, imparting his valuable experience which can enhance students’ learning motivation to achieve the learning outcome.

Mr LEUNG has a passion for culinary arts and excels in traditional dishes. He shows enthusiasm in teaching and explains the must-know skills effectively. He always encourages trainees to learn, experiment and create new items.
Mr LEUNG supervises the trainees of his class with great patience. For those who have problems in picking up the skills, he will demonstrate the steps again, highlight the key skills and correct them gently. His trainees are observed to have made huge improvement in their cooking skills under the guidance of Mr. LEUNG.
